Ally Green is a high school graduate that was born, raised and currently resides in Houston, Texas. She is a self taught photographer whose main focus is capturing Portraiture and Music. Ally is full of optimism, big dreams and lots of adventure. She has had a passion for photography since around the age of 5.
After years of going through dozens of Kodak disposable cameras and several trips to the local Walmart to get them developed at the age of 12 she got a 16mp fujifilm SLR and used it to its best ability and so it is no surprise to anyone that she chose to live the life of a photographer.
Ally is self-taught in Retouching, multiple video and photo editing softwares including Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premier Pro cc.
As of 2018 Ally has shot for several Artists Including Kali Uchis, Jussie Smollett, Victory Boyd, Reason from TDE and Collaborated with the brand Target to promote their mens clothing line and this is just the Beginning.
What does photography mean to me; Everything. Photography is an escape from reality;
it is an art form that brings out the best in me; it keeps me in a lighter place;
it is my stress reliever. Being able to look through a lens to see the world in a better way to be able to capture that moment and envision all of the things you could create out of a single image whether its a person, place or thing is something so beautiful.
