SUMMER NIGHTS: BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Keep in mind, Summer Night Sessions are ONLY during these times: 7pm — 12am on Saturday & Sundays

THE SESSION RULES & SLOT PROTECTION TERMS

1. IF YOU ARE PLANNING GLAM, YOU MUST ARRIVE GLAM READY -- Your session time begins at the time that you book, please arrive glam ready to get the most out of your shoot!

2. 1 ADDITIONAL GUEST MAX -- To prevent crowding and distractions during your session, only 1 additional guest will be allowed to be on set. Extra folks will be asked to hang out on the patio. Your booking is meant for focusing on you!

3. 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD + NO OVERTIME -- Being on-time in LA is nearly impossible especially when traffic sucks. You will have a 15 minute grace period beginning from your booked time-slot. As for overtime... My Summer Night's Sessions are extremely limited and will be booked with little-to-no gaps in between so please be respectful of me and my other clients time by being as punctual as possible so that the day runs smoothly for everyone :)

4. NO-CALL, NO-SHOW -- I understand that inconveniences may come up so rescheduling within 24hrs prior is always an option. Please do not ghost your photographer! It is not fair to abandon a booking that could have been snagged by someone else who really wants it! NC/NS's will also result you being charged for the remaining balance of your session, along with preventing you from having the opportunity to book one of my sessions in the future.

5. REMAINING SHOOT BALANCE -- If you booked your session with the required 50% deposit, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of your balance being due by your selected shoot date. This must be fulfilled prior to or once arriving to your shoot.

Oh no.. What if Ally gets booked on my shoot day? - Before announcing this shoot special, my mission was to plan this around my hectic schedule but on a rare occasion, I may be called to set or even out of town with short notice and due to my contractual and legal agreements, I must commit to to corporate americas requests. In the instance that I am unable to commit to your selected booked time, you will be notified no less than 24 hours via text + email along to choose from one of the following options:

1.) Reschedule to any date up to 2 weeks out from your original booking date.

2.) Receive a refund of your full deposit amount.

my goal was to create a fair & square deal for the both parties in a “worst case scenario” situation!

- What can I expect my “Spotted by Ally” photos to look like? — Check out my examples of what you can expect from your photos below depending on if you prefer to use the spotlight or not ;)

- What is RGB Lighting? -- RGB is literally just a fancy term for “red, green and blue” lol! Our set backgrounds options are limitless due to them just being super powerful colorful lights pointed at the Cyc “cyclorama” Wall you will be on during your shoot!

- I’m not interested in the lighting options. Will there be regular studio lighting available? -- Not fun lighting? okay :(. My standard studio lighting will be available upon request with 48 hour notice minimum + an additional fees will be added. I’ve put alot of effort into creating this special opportunity for my supporters and clients to experience a photoshoot that focuses on more than using the best softbox and paper-roll. Playing with continuous lighting typically allows you to be me comfortable in front of the camera if your’e a newbie (or not). With my “spotted by ally” lighting options, you have the ability to move around as freely, high, low, or fast as you want without having to be concerned about adjusting your lighting between every pose. Trust me, i’m a Photographer!

- Can I bring props? -- Yes but please avoid bringing anything that may cause mess. (I.e. confetti, cake smash, or popping champagne)

- Can you help me pose? -- Yes! I 100% understand not feeling super comfortable in front of a camera. I’m still this way till this day. I will help direct you throughout your session assisted by my pose-director who will be on-site during your session for guidance. Just shout “POSE ME” and they’ll appear. (im serious)

- Does the studio have a dressing room or bathroom? — Duhhh, I wouldn’t make my clients come up to a studio without necessities! A full dressing room, yes ROOM will be accessible at all times in the space next to the set along with a full bathroom, changing area w/ blackout curtains, and vanity with great lighting open for use on set during your shoot!

- Can I have someone else be apart my photoshoot? -- Yes! You are allowed to have one additional person or pet join you for your shoot. On the Summer Nights booking page below your selected time slot, you will find an “Additional Muse Add-On” available & additional fees vary. {fees waived for children under 13 y/o or seniors over 60 y/o}

- Are you SURE I can’t bring more than a +1 into the studio?-- I am absolutely POSITIVE. I’ve been a studio photographer for well over 6 years. The bigger the group, the bigger the distraction, resulting in a likelier chance of you not feeling as satisfied with your shoot due not being in the zone on camera. Clients under 18 are welcome to bring +2 in case both parents would like to attend

- Something came up! can I reschedule? -- Yes! I know things happen. If availability allows, you are more than welcome to reschedule to any Saturday or Sunday up to 2 weeks out from your initial booking date upon availability. Additionally, please inform me of any rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your session via Email — Info@theallygreen.com

- Can I smoke/drink on set? -- We’re absolutely NOT LIABLE for anything that happens to you in, on, or outside of the studio. Please don’t make it a mission to be celebrate your shoot by arriving tipsy and/or without a DD. — We’re 420-friendly over here! feel free to chill outside of the studio in our picnic area but absolutely no smoking will be allowed inside of the studio.

- When will I see my unedited photos? -- A live-preview will be visible during are your session to get a glimpse of what ya working with and your lo-res copies will be delivered within 24 hours after your shoot!

- How will I select the images that I want edited? -- You will receive a gallery via email from WeTransfer to review + select your top photos from your shoot! Once you've marked your final options in the gallery, your official edits will be in the works! Please complete your image selections ASAP after receiving your gallery to prevent any delays within the 7-day turnaround-timeline.

- Revisions on edits? -- In the instance that you want adjustments made to your edited images and chose that you would like something additional adjusted on them, you are allowed 2 revision requests per booking

Be prepared to have fun and crack jokes with me on set! Being in front of the camera can be nerve-racking to say the least so don't be too hard on yourself. I strive to create a comfortable space for my clients however I possibly can so don’t be afraid to ask me how I can help!
